It's a well known fact that both men and women think at least one thing is wrong with their appearence. And so in today's society there are several ways to help put these thoughts right... diet's, gym's, public swimming bath's, work out tapes (both audio and visual), surgery and even mental training such as yoga.
This community is about and for those men and women, weather they be slim, over-weight, skinny, obese, have no muscles or just plain think they're too over built.
This community is open to all topics to do with dieting, weight training or any other types of physical moderation. It is designed for people to share their ideas and thoughts on different diets, to give advice and to gain it, to learn from other people's experiences or to simply post worries of your body and to let other members be understanding and helpful.
People come to this community in complete trust of other members. Member's here are required to be understanding, helpful and friendly. Any behaviour that proves opposite will not be tolerated and the culprit's post will be deleted.
If members feel the need to post pictures, please keep the pictures to a decent size as to avoid screen lagging. If there is no possible way to shrink pictures, please put them behind a cut. If there are more than three pictures to post, again please put the remainding pictures behind a cut after the three picture limit. MAKE SURE ALL PICTURES ARE WORK SAFE - IF NOT, PLEASE POST BEHIND A CUT WITH A CLEAR WARNING TO OTHER MEMBERS
