I haven't posted in awhile. But I just thought i'd update on my weight training class i'm in. We've been doing cardiovascular workouts, IE: stair stepper, bike, tredmill and lots of sit ups with the rowbar and the ball, I love it I can tell a difference in my abs. Also, i'm finally starting to get a little toned/muscular lol =)
Just thought i'd share my happyness, oh yeah I took a pic I was so excited about my legs/stomach
